Experience guided by intention.

Tessera was founded to restore time, continuity, and trust to the physician-patient relationship.

Founder & physician

Medicine begins with knowing the person behind the chart.

Dr. Iryna Chyshkevych, M.D.

Board-certified Internal Medicine Physician

Dr. Chyshkevych founded Tessera around a belief that excellent medicine begins with careful listening, clinical experience, thoughtful prevention, and genuine continuity.

By maintaining a deliberately limited membership, she can give each patient the time and attention necessary to understand their history, priorities, risks, and long-term goals.

Tessera's telemedicine-first model protects the patient's time while maintaining a clear standard: virtual care is used only when clinically appropriate, and local in-person evaluation is recommended whenever it is needed.

The clinical philosophy

Thoughtful medicine has room for the whole person.

Tessera combines internal medicine, prevention, medication review, and informed care navigation within one trusted relationship.

The goal is not simply greater access. It is better context, clearer decisions, and a plan that evolves with the patient.

01

Listen first

Make room for the complete history, present concerns, and priorities that matter to the patient.

02

Plan proactively

Address prevention, medication, chronic-disease risk, and resilience before care becomes fragmented.

03

Stay connected

Maintain continuity across virtual visits, local testing, specialists, hospitals, and medically appropriate house calls.
